Professional experience

Lilyana's experience includes sustained C-suite level counsel on all aspects of stakeholder management and dialogue for a long list of multinational corporations in the energy, finance, IT and chemical industries, advising clients including IBM, Intel, Lenovo, SAP Labs., GRIPEN, BASF and General Electric.

Lilyana's international experience includes institutional relations programs for a range of governmental projects in the Middle East, support for the United Nations Global Compact network and the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture. She is well connected throughout government and institutional stakeholders in Bulgaria and specialized in ensuring her clients stay ahead of policy trends and debates across issues key to their business.

In the early 2000s, she played a founding role in the establishment of Mmd Bulgaria (later Grayling), the most successful regional consultancy of that time, and oversaw the Sofia office for almost a decade. Latterly she has successfully combined a senior public policy consulting career with a range of additional projects.
