Professional experience

Prior to joining Aretera, Andrea worked on a Capstone project for The World Vision International on how to improve data collection regarding violence against children in developing contexts. She is committed to work for gender equality, a healthier environment, and the eradication of poverty.

Andrea has published a number of articles for a Czech / English diplomatic quarterly journal.

During her first Master’s degree, she interned at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London.

Background

Andrea graduated from the London School of Economics. Majoring in International Political Economy, the focus of her MPA research was to understand why girls are dropping out of schools in West and Central Africa and how to improve women’s education.

Beforehand, she earned Master’s in Finance and Evaluation of Business at the University of Economics in Prague. She also minored in Economic Diplomacy.
