Based in Belgrade, Dušan Popov joined Aretera earlier last year as an Associate, advising clients across Serbia and the wider Western Balkans. He provides strategic insights on political and regulatory developments, stakeholder engagement, and the evolving European policy context. Before joining Aretera, he worked with the Office of the Prime Minister of Serbia and the Ministry of Science, contributing to national initiatives such as Serbia’s successful EXPO 2027 bid.
Ivan Mihačić, based in Zagreb, has joined as an Associate supporting Aretera’s day-to-day work in Croatia. He supports multinational clients with policy monitoring and stakeholder engagement and brings valuable experience from the European Parliament Liaison Office in Zagreb. His previous roles include consultancy work on EU-funded projects and research journalism with RTL Hrvatska.
