With Aretera’s further expansion in the Balkans region, we are pleased to announce a new member of our Western Balkans & Adria team – Ian Mađarić has joined Aretera as an Associate for Croatia.
Ian is a public affairs and strategic advisory professional with experience spanning lobbying, business development, and investment finance. He has supported international clients through political analysis, coalition building, strategic communications and operational execution across complex regulatory and policy environments, drawing on experience from organizations including EY, Deutsche Bank and the European Parliament.
Bringing an interdisciplinary perspective at the intersection of business, finance and politics, Ian combines commercial awareness with analytical depth and a strong understanding of institutional processes. He holds two degrees from IE University and brings an international perspective shaped by academic and professional experience across multiple markets and sectors.
