Responsibilities at Aretera
Coordination and management of projects in Kazakhstan and the Central Asia region.
Prior to joining Aretera, Natalia was Board Chair of a reputable international organisation in Kazakhstan. Natalia's area of expertise includes public administration and anti-corruption issues. During two past years she has been a permanent member of Kazakhstan's Presidential Commission on Good Governance. She has advised Kazakhstan's public institutions on implementation of compliance risk assessment processes, policies and procedures, systems and controls, training and governance arrangements, extractives and budget transparency, illicit financial flows, and aid transparency.
Natalia holds a degree in International Relations from the Central Asian University. She additionally studied at Wroclaw State University.
Natalia is fluent in English and Russian.
