Aretera is delighted to announce that Octavian-Ștefan Buzatu has joined our growing Romanian practice as an Associate and ESG & Policy Advisor.
Octavian is a sustainability and public affairs professional with a background spanning climate governance, ESG and international diplomacy. Before joining Aretera, he served as a Consultant at the United Nations UNFCCC in Bonn, where he contributed to major climate negotiations, co-authored the NDC Secretariat Report and supported high-level events including COP30. During his previous role at Octus, he analyzed the ESG performance of multinational companies against OECD guidelines and UNGC principles.
