Dagmar brings over two decades of extensive experience in public policy development within the academic and healthcare sectors, complemented by ten years in international consulting, local government, and health organization management. At Aretera, she leads public affairs, stakeholder mapping, and engagement in the healthcare sector, providing policy, political, and market analysis for clients. Her responsibilities include market access, reimbursement strategy, and healthcare policy consulting, drawing on her deep understanding of health systems and regulatory frameworks.

She has advised prominent healthcare clients on diverse policy issues and gained valuable expertise through her work with health institutions and advisory bodies to the European Commission. Her extensive academic contributions include numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters focusing on healthcare policy, corruption in the health sector, sustainable development, and gender leadership, establishing her as a thought leader in the intersection of health policy and governance.

Dagmar holds PhD and MA degrees in Political Science from the University of North Texas and dual BA degrees in Economics and Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She is fluent in English and Croatian and has advanced proficiency in Italian, Slovak, and Spanish.
