Liutauras Ulevičius

Liutauras Ulevičius has been a public affairs/communication practitioner for more than two decades. His main areas of activity include commercial, NGO, and political issue management, as well as communication and public affairs.
He advised Lithuanian ministers, ruling national political parties, and members of the national and European parliaments. Since 2010, his focus has shifted from classic PR to PA, representing business NGOs and regional corporations. While a frequent guest in national media, he is also an ad hoc external expert for the European Commission and the Partnership Docent at Vilnius University Faculty of Communication, where he lectures on persuasion, strategic communication, and AI.
Since 2010, Liutauras Ulevičius has worked closely with various state and European institutions. He advised the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania from 2010 to 2012. He served as the chief communication coordinator (acting spokesperson) for the leading parliamentary coalition in Lithuania from 2016 to 2019. Since 2019, he has been an external expert at DG COMM, where he advises various European agencies on an ad hoc basis.
