Ondrej Hynek

Ondřej Hynek is an accomplished project manager and public affairs consultant with extensive experience in political analysis, policy advisory, and risk assessment across both the public and private sectors. As Lead Advisor for Aretera Public Affairs in the Czech Republic, he provides strategic counsel to international clients, helping them engage effectively with national and regional authorities and understand the complex intersection of Czech and EU policy environments.

At Aretera, Ondřej leads the Czech team, supporting global and domestic businesses in navigating political, regulatory, and legislative developments—particularly where European rules meet local realities. His approach combines a deep understanding of policymaking with actionable, business-oriented insight.

Before joining Aretera, Ondřej managed international development projects for UNICEF, UNDP, the European Commission, and the European Investment Bank across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He also served as Advisor for International Affairs and Education at the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
