Pavlina has more than 6 years of professional experience from legal offices and the NGO sector. She has a diverse background encompassing various roles as a lawyer and civil society consultant in analysis and advocacy for the public sector. Pavlina has robust knowledge and experience in public affairs and advocacy campaigns, particularly in the domains of public procurement, digital transformation of public administration, labour law and consumer law.
Prior to joining Aretera, Pavlína worked as a lawyer at a prominent legal office in public procurement. Her legal background includes providing comprehensive counsel, as well as preparing documents such as interpretations, opinions, objections and submissions. Pavlína has also served as a legal advisor to non-profit and non-governmental organizations, specializing in consumer law. In this capacity, she provided invaluable counsel on consumer rights and successfully navigated consumer disputes. Within her experience in the non-profit sector, Pavlína was constantly engaging with public officials at local, regional and national levels, focusing on topics such as effective public procurement, state-owned enterprises and civil service law.
Pavlína graduated from the Law and Legal Studies program at Masaryk University. She was previously a project team member of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, where she focused on municipal-owned enterprises, management and public procurement. She also has a profound interest in the digitalization of the public administration and sustainable development.
