Pavel brings over 20 years of professional experience in public affairs, CSR, public relations and crisis communications from both the public and private sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at companies across CIS countries, developing and implementing public affairs campaigns and strategies to strengthen their reputation and protect their business interests, aimed at improving the business climate and increasing the awareness of companies in the public space.
Pavel advises corporations on navigating the complex regulatory environments across the CIS region, managing public perception and mitigating political risks. His client portfolio includes leading companies from the Fortune 500, having advised them on regulatory compliance, public affairs campaigns and crisis management. Pavel’s multi-sector experience and expertise include electronics, energy, financial services, oil and gas, FMCG, healthcare, as well as tech and digital. Prior to joining Aretera, he spent three years as Head of Corporate PR at Pirelli Russia and six years as Vice President for Public Affairs and Crisis Communications at Grayling, a global public affairs and government relations agency.
