Răzvan is a Romanian public affairs specialist with experience in public administration, as well as strategic and political communications. He supports our clients in Romania across a range of business sectors, helping them to navigate the political and policy environments.
Prior to joining Aretera, Răzvan worked as Chief of Staff at Romania’s Bistrița-Năsăud Prefecture Institution, while his previous experience also includes working as a Parliamentary Adviser to the Vice President of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies, focusing on the country’s governmental and legislative processes. Through his regular participation in political training and development courses, Răzvan keeps his expertise up-to-date and adapts to changes in the Romanian political landscape.
Fluent in Romanian, English and French, Răzvan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative sciences from the Faculty of Political Science, Public Administration of Romania’s Babeș-Bolyai University, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
